On making churches safe for introverts

One of the key things to keep in mind in talking about people feeling alienated from the church is that it isn't always a "sin issue." It's not always a case of "the church is abusive," or "the individual is making hasty judgments." Sometimes neither party is at fault. Rather, it's a personality conflict - and often the personality conflict comes down to an extrovert church culture and introvert (would-be) parishioners.
